I have paid but I cannot download. What should I do?

If the product could not be downloaded, please check some common errors:

- You purchase through eCheck service of Bank wire transfer: Don’t be worry, you have to wait from a few days to a week before the translation have been completed (2 days if the payment method is bank transfer).

- Our email go to your Bulk/Spam email folder. Please check your Junk email folder carefully.

- You still not complete some steps of the payment process. Make sure that you do not forget anything.

If you still experience problems, please contact  with a proof of payment (Payment Receipt or Order number).
